The employees here are awesome. I spoke with three different people here and all were very helpful. I missed the window to get an important rx from the original pharmacy and needed it right away to be able to start it on time for an upcoming surgery. Lucas was extremely helpful in getting the issue straightened out so that I was able to get my Rx on time and not have to delay/reschedule my surgery. Thank them all for all their help!!!

Best customer service ever. Everyone here is so nice, so helpful and very responsive. There is often no wait time when calling with a question and I always receive prompt call backs when needed. I even receive responses to text messages. Hands down best pharmacy. Thanks to Lucas specifically who I speak with most often!

We have been using Walker’s Drug for ten years. Lucas, Reba and the team do everything to make prescriptions as reasonable as possible. In fact, Lucas found a manufacturers coupon for a medicine our insurance would not cover and saved us hundreds of dollars! Always grateful for the excellent service and friendly faces.

This is a terrific pharmacy. They give personal attention and answer your questions and don't make you feel rushed. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Very glad we transferred our prescriptions to them.

I can’t say enough good things about Walker’s Pharmacy! I transferred here back before COVID because my big chain pharmacy, nor any other pharmacy for that matter, could order my meds due to nationwide shortages. Somehow Lucas worked his magic and ordered them for me every time! Also, Walker's was less than 5 minutes away my place of employment at that time so the convenience was also a plus! Over the last few years my job location changed and I'm now 20+ miles from them, and my family moved to Gastonia so I now drive an hour each way to continue using Walker’s. That speaks to how much I value the service and care I receive here. A huge shoutout to Lucas, who is truly one of a kind. He always greets me and other customers by name and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my medications are in stock and ready when I need them. His attention to detail and genuine care for his customers makes every visit feel personal and appreciated. Reba and Ryan are also very patient and helpful any time I call in refills or need to check on a prescription status. The entire staff at Walker’s creates a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that you just don’t find at the big chain pharmacies. It's rare to feel this seen and cared for as a customer. Thank you, Lucas and the entire Walker’s team for keeping our community healthy, and making every visit worth the drive!

Great Customer Service, friendly staff. Walking prescriptions fill quickly. Only thing missing is lunch counter and it would feel like a drug store from days gone by.

Always such helpful friendly service. It's ALWAYS easy to get an actual person on the phone. If Walker's doesn't carry it, they make getting a prescription transferred super quick and easy. Lucas is the best!!!

Small, family owned business with very high service levels, and delivery. They have accommodated every oddball request I’ve ever had. I’m overseas a lot, so getting refills, esp for long periods, can be hard. Lucas Decker ALWAYS gets it done for me. Big pharmacy chains wouldn’t even try. Highly recommend!

A neighbor referred me to Walker's drugstore and they were excellent. I've been looking all over for my monthly prescription and they responded very quickly, letting me know. They did have it in stock. Lucas even remembered my name the next day when I walked in-and we had only spoken on the phone! Evelyn and Kylie were kind and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend Walker's Drug Store. Support independently owned businesses!
